Recent Royal Mail and Parcelforce strike action along with Seasonal Parcel volumes have had a serious negative impact upon deliveries and ALL couriers are dealing with backlogs which may affect your parcel delivery.

  • We are removing our Express Delivery option.
  • We will not be accepting orders from areas where the delivery service can only be provided by Royal Mail
  • We have extended our expected delivery times

While we will endeavour to utilise the full range of courier services and companies available to us but there will, never the less continue to be  delays encountered.

We therefore ask for your patience waiting for your parcels to arrive and please allow for the expected delays in your order arriving and your expectation of delivery times.

If your order is time critical you should order early and plan to expect delays in your deliveries.

Announcement 12th December – Important

Royal Mail and Parcelforce strike action and their future planned strikes for December 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th are having a serious negative impact upon deliveries and ALL couriers are completely log jammed.

Add to that the current bad weather and it’s a very grim time for parcel deliveries indeed.

Parcels are literally stacked up at delivery depots up and down the land and are not moving.  

Delays are running into weeks in many areas.

We expect it’s going to continue to get worse over the next few weeks.

So we are not accepting any more orders until the situation improves.

We have temporarily disabled Add To Basket and Checkout functionality.

If you are an existing customer and require assistance please contact us.

As a responsible retailer we wont accept orders that we know are highly likely to experience significant delivery delays.

We will fully activate the website and accept orders again when it’s safe and wise to do so.

Announcement 2nd December – Important – Significant Disruption To Deliveries Due To Royal Mail Strike Action

Strike actions across multiple days and departments is causing significant delays to delivery and adding several days to delivery times.

Confirmed Strike Dates Are:

December: 1, 9, 11, 14, 15, 23, 24

This will continue to cause significant delays to deliveries and for them to be ongoing.

  • We are removing our Express Delivery option.
  • We will not be accepting orders from areas where the delivery service can only be provided by Royal Mail
  • We have extended our expected delivery times

While we will endeavour to utilise the full range of courier services and companies available to us but there will, never the less continue to be  significant delays encountered with those couriers as their volumes increase due to the action taken by Royal Mail.

We therefore ask for your patience waiting for your parcels to arrive and please allow for the expected delays in your order arriving and your expectation of delivery times.

Once we are confident that Royal Mail have returned to normal service and worked through their backlogs and can make delivery in timely manner we will reinstall Express Delivery options and once again deliver to all areas of the UK.  We DO NOT expect this to be until January 2023 at the earliest!

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral

We are deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and our thoughts are with all members of the Royal Family.

We will be joining the rest of United Kingdom and the world in mourning the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and will be closed on Monday 19th September. 

Orders placed from 11.00am Saturday 17th – Monday 19th September will be shipped on Tuesday 20th September.

The strike action on 26th and 31st August and the 8th and 9th September is expected to cause significant delays to delivery before, during and several days after each of the strike days.

From Sunday 20th August:

  • We are removing our Express Delivery option.
  • We will not be accepting orders from areas where the delivery service can only be provided by Royal Mail.
