At Serpentia Reptile Supplies we offer clear transparent pricing and so all orders are delivered FREE with standard delivery.
The price you see is the price you pay and there are no surprises waiting for you at checkout!
We despatch Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and for orders received before 3.00pm we will despatch the same day.
If you would like your order delivered next working day then for orders placed before 3.00 pm, Monday through to Thursday you can select this premium option at checkout and receive your order next working day. This premium service does incur an additional cost.
Royal Mail is our preferred carrier and they deliver anywhere in the UK with a valid post code.
Our delivery via Royal Mail is however restricted to items weighing less than 2kg but the good news is that covers almost our entire range!
Larger heavier and bulky items will be delivered by Hermes or UPS.
If you opt for premium next day delivery and depending upon your location we may elect to ship your order from stock that we hold in many of the Amazon fulfilment centres located around the UK. If we do we will contact you to let you know but you will receive your order next day regardless.
Courier costs and delivery to offshore and remote locations may be affected so if your location is affected we will let you know. This doesn’t apply to orders shipped via Royal Mail.
We do not accept orders from anywhere outside of the UK on this website.
We only deliver our animals by personal door to door delivery. Delivery charges will depend upon your location but will range between £25-£45
We will agree a delivery charge as part of or discussions when you wish to buy any of our animals.
We will not use 3rd party reptile couriers to deliver our animals.
A personal and direct door to door delivery is the only option we will consider as this is for the benefit of the animals welfare.
We hold our own DEFRA animal transportation licence so are able to deliver our animals legally.
Scope & Limitations
Our delivery charges apply to UK mainland delivery only. For other locations for heavy or bulky items requiring delivery via courier (Hermes or UPS) then additional charges may apply.
All orders shipped via Royal Mail are unaffected.

30 Day Returns

Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition.
If you’re disappointed in any way we would like to know, so make sure you contact us if this is the case and we will do our upmost to resolve this to your satisfaction without any fuss.
Your right to cancelation. Providing you are not purchasing for a business you have the right under Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract and receive a full refund in respect of goods purchased that are not perishable (Example Reptile food items) or that have been customised.
You need to do this within 30 days from the day after you receive your goods and you need to do this in writing which you can do via email at this address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Following notification you must return your order in full and the return is made at your own risk and cost.
Before you return the goods you should understand that you have a legal obligation to keep the goods that are in your possession in good order and take reasonable care of them.
If you do not do this we may have a claim against you for compensation.
If you exercise your right to cancel your contract in this way we will refund any payment you made when ordering including our original delivery charges if applicable within 30 days of receipt of your email confirming you are exercising your right to cancel.
